We propose an initial questionnaire to our customers. It helps us to clarify scope, scan readiness
We analyze the business case and design a high-level service proposition and an initial plan
Contract signing procedures
We work on baseline measurement. As a result, we propose a business case transition plan with concrete targets, actions, KPIs, and metrics
We work on a Pilot this time. All approaches will be applied and, lesson learning done and the general Transition plan adjusted. All needed workshops and knowledge sharing we plan on this period
Operation & innovation
We apply a new way of working for the whole project. During this period we manage KPIs, metrics. Work on improvements
We hand over all artifacts to the Customer, develop an Exit plan, transfer knowledge back to teams
