We propose initial questionnary to our customers. It helps us to clarify scope, scan readiness
We analizing business case and design hight-level service proposition and initial plan
Contract signing procedures
We work on baseline measurement. As a result we propose business case transition plan with concrete targets, actions, KPIs and metrics
We work on Pilot this time. All approaches will be applied and, lessons learning done and general Transition plan adjusted. All needed workshops and knowledge sharing we plan on this period
Operation & innovation
We apply new way of working for the hole project. During this period we manage KPIs, metrics. Work on improvements
We hand over all artifacts to Customer, develop Exit plan, transfer knowlige back to teams
